All payments by bank transfers (and ATM deposits in Hong Kong) need to be confirmed manually. There are two options to do so:
1) By sending your payment receipt scanned file (PDF or jpeg) to our billing department.
2) If you do not have such receipt, you can open a ticket to the billing department with information about the amount paid and date of payment.
Bank transfers confirmation can take 1 to 3 business days. As such, please ensure that payment is done and we are notified in advance to prevent your account being overdue.
