If you have lost or forgotten your cPanel password, you have two options to reset it:
1) By going to the cPanel log in page, you will find a "Reset Password" link near the log in button; by clicking on this link, you will be able to reset your password after inputting your cpanel username. An email with confirmation code will be send to your email account linked with this account which will allow you to reset your email account.
2) By opening a ticket with our support team. You will need to open the ticket from your client account or by sending an email from your registered email account on file. This will allow our support team to verify your identity and reset your password on your behalf.
